It's Birchbox unboxing time again! this month was jam-packed full of goodies. There were 8 things in it!! That was a pleasant gift to end the year with.
Davines MINU Illuminating Shampoo and Conditioner- I was pleasantly surprised about this shampoo! It's eco-friendly and is meant to be kind to color-treated hair. It has a really crisp scent and lathers nicely and it's really refresher. I splurged on an Oribe shampoo before this came and I find myself reaching for this in the shower instead.
Davines MINU Hair Serum- This is a light-weigh serum that goes along with the shampoo and conditioner. It has the same scent and is meant to keep color-treated hair shiny and rich. I liked this but am really not picky about serums.
Escada Agua Del Sol Eau de Toilette- Does anyone else remember loving Escada in 8th grade? It smelled grade and I remember thinking I was so fancy because it wasn't Love Spell of Calgon HA! I like this scent it was described as a tropical vacation and that's exactly where I'd wear it - that would probably be it though.
Marcelle Ultimate Volume nano Mascara- You know I am beyond loyal to my Too-Faced mascara but it has a super bulky brush. This one has a mini brush to reach small lashes and inner corners. If you don't have big lashes or like small precise brushes, this is for you!
Sand & Sky Brilliant Skin Purifying Pink Clay Mask- This is a detoxifying mask so of course I love it. It's meant to brighten your complexion as it's made from clay and has organic aloe vera. It's refreshing - I didn't notice a dramatic difference, but I'm also skin obsessed to begin with.
Sunday Riley CEO Rapid Flash Brightening Serum- Sunday Riley is SO popular it seems like everyone on earth is using it except me so I was excited to try this. I have never heard of this product before and am all about brightness. It is packed with vitamin C and it smelled like oranges so you know it's true. It was a small sample, but even after a couple uses I think my dark spots lightened up.
Birchbox Eyelash Curler- These are one of those things you never really think about replacing - I used to change the little rubber strips but never seem to anymore, so this was a nice surprise. It doesnt seem like anything better than any other I've used but it worked well!
