This month I absolutely loved everything in my box - and that is a first! I always have good items, but this month I couldn't get enough of any of them. It was only 5 products instead of 6, but they were well worth it.
Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel in 3 Medium: This product was not even sold in stores when I received it so I was extra excited to try it! It is a water-resistant fiber-gel used to build bolder brows. I really liked it and thought it was a great product. I currently use ABH Brow pencil and powder duo, but this may make its way into my daily routine! I was really surprised by how buildable it was.
Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask: This mask uses natural botanicals to hydrate and strengthen the hair. I am always over the moon to receive hair masks in my box so I was pleased to get this. It is a brand I have never tried or even heard of but overall, it was a pretty good mask. I use Kerastase regularly and I don't think this is quite as good, but it is half the price so it gets the job done on a budget.
dr. brandt PoreDermabrasion: I love dr. brandt products - especially those reducing pores since that is one complaint I have. This has salicylic acid to unclog pores, caviar lime to brighten and lentil seed to tighten. I think it worked nicely so with regular use it would do wonders.
Dr. Jart+ Every Sun Day SPF 30 UV Sun Fluid: Birchbox sends me a LOT of sunscreen and sunblock products (I'm assuming it's because I have anti-aging in my profile) but this one was one of my favorites so far. Most have been oils (meh) or the Coola brand, which I love also! This didn't feel greasy or stink and it was very lightweight and not sticky. I'm not a huge sunscreen user (I know, I know - tisk tisk) but I would actually use this.
Oribe Dry Texturing Spray: The smell of Oribe products is orgasmically good. It is so fresh and clean and distinct without being over-powering, and I am utterly obsessed with every product I have tried from the brand. This one soaks up oil and gives hair bounce - what more could one need?
